What are the eligibility criteria for obtaining an investor permit?
- Transfer an initial capital of at least USD 50,000 to your local business bank account
- Be a shareholder and director (or administrator) of the company
- Achieve a minimum annual turnover of Rs4 million (≈€85,000) from the 3rd year of operation
- Pay the government fee (approximately 1000USD) when submitting the application.
- Have a clean criminal record and provide a valid medical certificate (with required tests)
- Provide proof of funds (bank statements) to demonstrate that the initial capital is freely transferable
- Have a valid passport (usually with at least 6 months of validity remaining)
