What are the eligibility criteria for obtaining an independent license?

- The permit is issued for 10 years, with the possibility of renewal if the conditions are maintained.
- Have a clean criminal record and provide a valid medical certificate (with required tests)
- Provide proof of funds (bank statements) to demonstrate that the initial capital is freely transferable
